Terms & Conditions

By booking a lesson with My1stRide, you agree to follow the safety instructions provided by our instructors. You must wear appropriate footwear (shoes) and the provided safety gear during all practical sessions.

We reserve the right to reschedule lessons in case of severe weather conditions to ensure your safety.

Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your training. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a partial fee.
